With a chip change you can make your REL 7 memory cartridge able to use EManager which has help menu's.

As SSPhones says, You should maybe think about upgrading the chips so you can program with the new e-manger software or upgrade the 400 card to an MPD2 so you can have the new features and program with the E-manger software.

You can look in the equipment tab above but I don't think it's listed there. I would try calling Sundance directly.

MPD2 is the board? You have a MPD2 now? You posted 400 rel7. Dont think Tom has the chip upgrades. Tony or I can get them for you direct from Telrad. The MPD2/IPeX would bring you upto the latest and greatest software E2E3.13 and the best part from there it's software downloads for upgrades.

Sorry rivkin From your profile I see you are the IT Manager. My guess is none of the PC's, servers or switches in your office are more than 6 to 7 years old and if any are you can sure bet if you needed software upgrade for one of them it would sure be in you budget. You have to understand the last release 7 software 7.42 was 6 years ago, as of last Jan Telrad stopped supporting ( fixes patchs ect) rel 7. Maybe it's time as the IT Manager you step up and suggest a processor upgrade for your Telrad. Thats all that you need to be at the latest E2E3.13 and the lastest voicemail upgrade would be a right move also and both of these can be done with 1 card the IPeX server. You have to know of Telrad's evergreen products, all the cards and all the cabinets and power supplies migrate forward so it is easy on the budget.
Oh and if I rather straggle with the Current version.. and $125 would exceed you budget you are sure in bad shape. That's the cost of a Six chip upgrade for the memory cartridge. Sorry for the long rant; I am sure you like many other IT Managers have been forced to manage the phone system also, all I ask is, you to treat them like the money maker and priceless tool that they really are.
