The 3015 IP you unplug power(or unplug enternet if power over lan)replug power while holding down the speed dial program buttom.

Great...thank you!!
So, I was thinking that my ip info was messed up, but it all seems to be fine. When I start the phone up, I get the following error:
nfig: ftpxfer auto1! connegy_HandleFileCo
Can you give me an idea of where the error is?
Thanks....

The Phone is not finding the TVSE card. I don't know how you are set-up but it can only be a couple of things.
If your on a VPN the VPN is down. If your using port forwarding though your firewall at the TVSE location than you have the wrong iP addres in the phone. The last is that the ports are blocked by the firewall.
and system or TVSE card might be down.
