I am in need of the 10.3 upgrade. If anyone can point me to the right direction or help out it would be appreciated. Since telrad went belly up, I am not having luck getting my hands on the upgrade. Still having voice mail issues and want to try this to see if it resolves the problem.

What are you trying to upgrade? The IPEX to 3.13 or the EmaGen. If it is the EmaGen you may be out of luck but that doesnt have anything to do with Telrad. T3 has stopped all support on 10.3 voicemails as they are end of life. You can upgrade a IPEX to 10.4 with a new license but they do not offer the upgrade on the PC voicemails unless it is a Dell PC model. There was a 10.3/10.4 migration to 10.5 special but that ended last month.
