The telecommunications company that we use over charges my company and I what I want to do has got to be simple.
I have a telrad imagen v5 and I want to change extensions and phones 79-520-0000\Black to a 79-100-0000/3

You will need a programming software kit and unless you are real good at learning on your own you may need a bit of phone support. Where in New York are you located? FYI the ImaGen is the voicemail system. You will need to have the correct software level of the system (gray cabinet hanging on the wall near the voicemail) to be able to order the correct programmers software. You can call and ask the vendor or you can shut down the system remove the MPD card and look on the memory cartridge label for the software level.

That's the part number not the software level.

Look for the software level printed on the label on the memory cartridge. It will be something like SBU X.xx, DBU X.xx or SBM X.xx My best guess would be SBU 5.xx if that is correct you will need the programming software SB 5 to make the changes you wanted.
