I have a version eDA3.12 system running on an MPD2 card that I recently upgraded from an S400 Version eD1.20 system. We have a PRI and using MDN groups for ringing the DIDs to multiple phones. On our old system the MDNs used to hunt when busy (if MDN 556 was busy, MDN 557 would ring). On our new system the MDN groups are not hunting. I have a ringing phone in the MDN group set to be the hunting station. The hunting station is also the Attendant Answer Position. Could any give me an idea to try to the MDN groups to hunt again?

They are all programmed as PBX and all the phones we want to ring are programmed with DR keys. The other phones on the system are programmed with DF keys

In Station Group Features >> MDN Groups what do you have as DN's for the group, you should be able to f9 then, and see the stations in that group, you should have a MDN group with the Att number as the MDN DN, with the other stations in that group if you set the DR's up right.

I feel you would have to call for some Tech support so you can explain to a moderator or Admin on what you are trying to do and we can look at your CFG.
DF keys are DN flash keys so they won't ring.
But did you Forward Busy the MDN group to the other MDN group? You can check in Station Features Call forwarding in E-manger. Make sure you do a back-up 1st so you can see the current CFG.

Dont think you can have a Attendant in a MDN or Hunt Group.
