I am working on an older 128 with db402 software. I changed the map on the main console extension but forgot to check out the voicemail transfer button programing. It has been so long ago that I programed it that I don't remember the programing. It was set as a quick transfer to the mailboxes. I think I did it with a speed dial button but I am not sure. Any Ideas?

Jerry

Correct. In your version you must uses a personal speed dial key. Put a personal speed dial key on the map assigned to that phone and make sure your personal speed dial number is correct in station attributes.

To program the key is followed:
Feat
SPD/Prog
The key
Pick/Xfr/Conf
The voice access code then 2
