All I get is "ERROR" on my display when I try to connect the DSS. I have tried multiple DSS units and CNI cards as well as different pin-outs on the Violet/Brown & Violet/Slate pairs and cannot get functionality. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the quick response. I found the 2464(V2) manual. Looks like power is on pins 1 & 6 and data is on 3 & 4 on the actual RJ plug. I had the power on 2 & 5.
Thanks

Yea, you use the first and third pairs on the jack for data and power, you don't use the black yellow on the jack.
