what causes Phantom ringing on Telrads? My customer says that this morning the phone was ringing at all phones as usual but no lights were lit up anywhere so her and her assistant were unable to catch the call from any phone...then suddenly the phones went out and back on right away.
The phantom ringing has happened 4 or 5 times, the phones going out only once...and they have a brand new back up UPS!!

I would reset system. If problem continues Default the system and Upload an early CFG file.

What kind of lines copper or T1?
