Hi everyone! Hope all is going well. I have a problem integrating Connegy Dialer with Microsoft Outlook. I have downloaded Connegy Dialer and run the setup file and have verified that it works on my computer. I setup the dialer with my office extension and tell program it to call another extension and it works. The problem I am having is getting it to work through Microsoft Outlook 2007. When I go into line properties under dialing options, it shows the connegy dialer and I have the TVSE address as the public ip address and I set the password to my ECC password. When I click on start call it says call connected, but nothing happens. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have it setup correctly by what you type. But this type question would be way beyond the level of help from here on the board. You can contact one of the mod's for remote support but there will be a cost for this type of support. FYI I use connegy dialer with outlook 2007 daily.

Check your dialing properties for outside line access as well as area code options.

My dialing properties are setup right. I can get Connegy Dialer to work. If I dial straight from Connegy Dialer it will pickup the line on my phone and dial the number. The same goes for outlook express, But we are needing it to work with Microsoft Outlook 2007. With Microsoft Outlook 2007 whn I go into line properties it is setup for the Telrad Connegy Dialer. When I tell it to start call it says connected and that is all it does. Is there a newer version of Connegy Dialer.

What's the version of the TVSE card and System?

The Version of the TVSE is 3.39 and on the TVSE I'm running version 1.0 on U60 and version 2.5 on U62. My system software version is eDA3.12 and I am running Emagen ver 10.3.15. The Connegy Dialer Version is 2.0 Build 11.

I would start by bring my TVSE card to version 3.48 1st. You need to upgrade the U-63 chip to 3.0

Where can I get version 3.48 for the TVSE card and the U-63 3.0 upgrade. Now on the U63 chip, did you mean U62 or is there a U63 I am overlooking.

PM sent. Sorry U-62 to 3.0, not u-63. There is no u-63

You can use software download to upgrade that chip.
