I have a Telrad system on which I push out Voip to our outer locations. On occasions I order a number of phones and while programming I run into a few phones that brings up an error REQ:S30(2X29). They are regular 3015IP stations 30with digital. Some of them have the same boot version 02.09 as the ones that work. Can you please shed some light on this issue for me?

I've only found this error on digital sets. To solve it issue I usually reload the firmware with the Software Download Program.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
