One of our mailboxes can not be found from the directory lookup when you press 9 in the auto attendant. I can not seem to find any settings that will include or exclude a mailbox from the name directory lookup. If the voice name is not recorded in the mailbox, it will not appear in the auto attendant. Record the voice name for the mailbox in question and test.
