I am attempting to put two Call appearances on a 20 button hand set. Have the Toshiba software, so am putting Primary/Secondary DN Flexible buttons on a set. They light when a call comes in, can answer the call and all is ALMOST good. They don't ring when the call comes in.....
How can I make it Ring............HELP.

well by gosh lets make em ring!
bring up progam 81(day/immediate ringing)
program corresponding port# for your ext.
i don't think you have to reset sys when programming ringing patterns.
see which ringing mode you are in day,day2 or
night you just programmed your day ringing on that set
