Hi everyone!
I have to reset the lost password on an extention's voice mail box on a Strata DK 424 system, with a 8 port hard drive based internal voicemail (Stratagy). I have no experience with theese things, so could somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, our installers turned out to be criminals, so we don't have anything, even manuals......arggghhhhhhhh!

try 999997 or997999 if you have a v3 or higher you can reset mailbaox

Ok
The admin mailbox is 999 and the default password is 999997. If these work dail 8 for admin and listen to the prompts. If this a newer voicemail you can reset just password but if you don't hear that prompt you can still delete the mailbox and then add it back it will then have the default password.
And if these passwords don't work there is always remote programming. You can email me for more info on that.

If you have a Stratagy DK card in your system it has a built in soft modem and can be programmed remotely. You can email me for more info on this.
