I have a Toshiba Strata XXe, I want to be able to transfer calls off site. I have information on Trunk to Trunk calls but it is not working correctly does any wany know how to do this. I want the operator to be able to transfer calls off site and then drop off the call.

Thanks

What is Centrex or Centranet? And what does it have to do with dropping off the call?

THanks

Centrex is a CO provided line option that can give you features like 3 way calling and trunk to truck connection. The later DK products offer this feature in house but with no db gain to assist so hard to hear each other.

Hah, I think I have a similar question you had there. Now, can I foward a call to another site? We have centrex by the way. If not, then its there way to program it on my DK424? What about the those new CTX xxx thing will they have these features on it?

centrex used to have a call fowarding feature
also most if not all strata dk's have a call forwarding feature which can be utilized. the bottom line is the complexity (ie. ties up two lines)and i believe the outgoing line
cannot ring on the forwarding extension.
