Hi, we are going to reduce the lines here, at the moment there are 90 lines. 3 x 30 isdn30. this will be reduced to 30, after telecom have turned the fibres off will we need to do anything at this end? eg reboot or re initialise? Strata dk 280
Also can anyone point me in the direction of a exutone vx6 vmail manual? We have taken over this building & can`t find any docs other than for the strata just need to change the greetings.

Do not know Toshiba, but know Executone.
Should post Executone Question under Executone Thread!! More people could help you.
Is it a VX2 or VX3?
Do you know system admin mailbox and password?

I will move this question to exeutone, but to answer your questions. I can get access to reset mailbox passcodes on any box so assume I have admistrator rights. The tennant voice is on 222 but I am told that this ext vb is not set up?
Many thanks to Jeffery Jackman who has sent me a user manual, unfortunatly the access codes differ from what we have.
