I would like to know if there is a back door for the perception II. The previous vendor changed it and refuses to give it out.

Due to the issue of passcodes given out on the 'net especially for this system, I dont think you are gonna find somebody who will post it.
I suggest you find another vendor in your area as the P2 is not an easy pbx to program...

sysdown is right this is a diff sys to admin
unless you have or know of an experienced
perception tech you might want to walk away from this one.

You also may not find a vendor who wants to work on this system due to its age and the fact that they only want to sell the CTX or DK systems.
Seriuosly, I would consider upgrading...

Thanks for the replies, I do have an experienced Tech looking at this and also looking into an upgrade of some type the client has 5 locations and we are considering a converged system the only problem I see with this is the price tag.
