Besides the MSG button, is there another way to access the VM system greeting so that I can enter my user ID and my pass code? At another site we could use * 7, at this site I can only access from a room if the message light is on. Please help. There sure is. ICM 850, or whatever the pilot of voicemail is. If they want a key give them a speed dial. After that it depends on the voicemail system, if it is Stratagy dial *.

Your voicemail system has extension numbers just like the rest of the phones in your company. And the voicemail ports are in a hunt group so if you know the ext number to the first port it will hunt thru all the ports.
