Some of the recorded greetings are to quite, they have been recorded from different phones and still play to quite, any ideas. It does not matter what port they call in on either.

THanks

About the only thing I can think of is to make sure they are doing it with the handset and not the speakerphone.

I did make a recording in the mail box on site that sounded good. I think it is a problem with the user but they say it has been recorded on different phones. I just wanted to check and see if it could be a hardware issue.

Thanks

If you can make a recording on site and it sounds good then they should be able to do it also. Sounds like user trouble. I highly doubt it's hardware.
