Can someone tell me how to intergrate my DK40 system with the stratagy, so that when the operator wants to transfer a caller directly into voicemail she can bypass the main greeting and select directly from the 998 menu "Enter Destination user ID"???
I programmed it in once perfectly, but now I am going through a personal brain fart.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
