hello friends. i put in a prophet voicemail on a dk280. it seems to work well but when you push the vm button you get the main menu rather than the mailbox of the ext. i set icm # 656 at 91xxx and 657 at 92xxx, but it still wont work. anyone been able to solve this problem. thank you, dave.

Check Manuel on the prophet on how to do a direct voice mail transfer it usually a digit before the mail box to transfer calls directly to a mailbox Example VSR voicemail uses the digit 8. used that sequence instead the 91 + ext number you might have to pt pauses in
