Have you tried switching the ext number from 60 to something else. Also on port 008 lift the handset and dial #670 and hang up to cancel call forward external. Since you know ext number 61 is working correctly temporarily assign port 009 to something else and assign 61 to port 008. This might help to isolate the problem. You may want to look at program 92-9 but this program would affect other users also.

finally made it back today to work on issue, when I tried to call vm ext 60 it was no longer in DND??? The vm was not up thinking problems with maint. reset so I turned it off. I did not ram test 1,2 both ok. Well if I have any other problems I will let you know thanks
