It kind of depends on which phone system it is....On a DK system, this should work:
<Redial> <SpeedDial> {10-49) 9 phone number <Redial>
You should have a speed dial key programmed on one of the 10 buttons along the right side of the phone. If you don't, use the * in place of <SpeedDial>.
{10-49} these are the personal speed dial bins.
If you normally dial "9" to get an outside line, put it in front of the phone number.
To dial out, pick up handset and hit SpeedDial (10-49). or *(10-49).
