Hello... I've got a Strata DK 280 system at my work, with a Contact DK voicemail system. There are two major problems with it:

One, the operator's mailbox doesn't work. If someone stays on the line waiting for someone to pick up at the operator's station, it cycles around and just plays the greeting again instead of taking them to the operator's mailbox.

Two, there is no ringback from any phone in the company. LED 05 of Program 10-2 is off.
I'll post any information that will help anyone but I don't know exactly what would be neccessary or not to post at the moment. According to the Administrator Mailbox on Contact DK, Mailbox 0 goes to Extension 200, extension 200 has it's own mailbox too, and neither one picks up. It seems like some extensions work with voicemail and others don't. The ringback problem is really annoying too; Customers keep hanging up because they think nothing is happening.
Thanks in advanced to anyone that can help.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Could you explain it further?

The callers don't hear ringback because the voicemail is placing the call on hold while performing a supervised transfer. If you don't have on-hold music, the caller hears silence. If you want the caller to hear the ringback tone, you need to tell the voicemail to perform an unsupervised transfer. I'm not keen on the Contact, but on the Stratagy you would place an H after the extension for each user's mailbox.
