Hello Experts. I can really use help with a DKT2010-SD System. I am running DKAdmin 4.0 and have no experience with telecom programs whatsoever! So I look to you the experts to assist me with this.

My most recent issue is that I have a fax machine that is not receiving calls because calls to it are being fowarded to another extension. Is there something in DK that will help me fix this? All the physical port stuff is good. I know this cause I can call the fax machine internally at it's extension. I am mind boggled with this program and telco all together. I am the IT admin here. Not telecom. But you guys rock!!!

Welcome newbie,
May I make a suggestion, if you are serious about learning your system you may want to get a manual and then work with one of the Toshiba moderators off line, there may be a charge for this but you will learn much faster and you will also have support just a phone call away, It is very difficult to try and learn a system and program it by asking a question and waiting for a answer. If you already had most of the knowledge then a couple of questions would work fine. Don't take this the wrong way it's only a suggestion.
By the way these Toshiba mods do rock and anyone of them could more then likely train you with a little one-on-one time. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

I am going to second the motion made by DTMF.
Call SSPone or Martin, pay them to help you off of the message board. And get a manual for the system.
By the way, the telephone model number is 2010, the system model number is what you need the manual for. Go look at the central phone unit. It will have a silver tag on it that says something like "DKSUB280A" that is the model of system that you have.
The telephone that you have can be used on many different Toshiba digital systems.
