I have this operators console, for a DK 280 system; It's got 60 buttons, three groups of 20, and my boss wants me to reassign which buttons do what. Which program applies to this? The attendant console program says there are 12 buttons per console, which doesn't add up to my console here...

You need the system programming manual.

The "attendant console" and the "dss console" are not the same thing. Use program 29 to program your 60-button dss unit.

I am going to suggest that you try to directly email one of the Toshiba board moderators and pay them to help you over the telephone. Either that or find a local instalation company and pay to have a tech come out. Without some experience in programming the system, you will probably not want to try this yourself. Also, as stated above, what you have is a DSS console, not an attendant console. They are not the same.
