Sorry to be a pest the last few days... One more question maybe someone will answer for me.. I have a analog extention tring to get it to forward to voice mail when no answer or busy. Currently its set to the same system forwad path "1" like the other digital extentions. However it never forwards? nor returns to attendant. Anyone care to clue me in.

thanks in advance.

Try this -

1. Remove the system CF from this port.

2. Go to the port and key in #6051 (CXL CF). Then do #6041, XXX, YY where:

XXX = Voice mail pilot number
YY = no. of seconds to ring extn before forwarding.

Good Luck

Just a thought.....(I always forget the obvious)

Make sure there is a voicemail box for that extension that is set to record messages.

Have you tried #620? Is the slt port programmed as voicemail instead of extension?
