I have a customer that has a CTX 670. There is one extention that on the second line of the lcd screen it says MAKE BUSY. The top line has the users name. The telephone works fine other than that, forards to voice mail, internal calls and did calls all work fine Thanks

Obviously a glitch. Have tried unplugging the phone and plugging it back in? Or use Winadmin to disable the port and re-enable it. If that doesn't work, delete the extension and put it back in.
