main number rings operator, never forwards, when in night mode rings a "ring group?" kinda like an all ring also never forwards.

I can't find where to set it up to forward to my Auto attendant. After say 10 rings..

the extentions do forward via the system call forward 1

any hints ?

Try programming 82 for 12sec delay or 83 for 24 sec delay. But note the line will not hunt thru the hunt group of the voicemail if it rings more than 1 station.

If you're talking about a CTX then try using the MCG feature. Or you can use a phantom extension and call forward it to voicemail. Either option works well with any type of trunk call.

Ok dokie...I still need help I cant seem to program 81 or 82 from phone gives me error 1

I can access the winadmin software.

when a call comes in DID sends it to extention 2500 it will ring and ring never forward.

The system SFC table 1 is set to forward NA calls to 850 "auto attendant"

ext 2500 is set to SFC 1
Other extentions forward no problem

If i dial in to the AA and transfer to 2500 manualy it will forward if not answered.

Punch in #620 at that station and see if that takes care of it.

I'll try hitting #620 at ext 2500
and see what happens

According to my documentation #620 will clear name and number display. Will that help me ?

still how can i get it to forward when in night mode from the "All Ring"

the phones im using are dkt's 3000 series

You are looking at the wrong user's guide. On a DK, #620 clears the station name, on a CTX it re-enables system call forward if you had used #621 to cancel it.
