Any idea why the RSTU2 (8 port analog) shows only 2 lines at idle and the other 6 as non-exist. This from the WinAdmin software.

I would say they are not programmed. You have to create the stations in Station Assignments before they are available.

under Station Assignments if we put in Pdn Equipment Nr. 010403, we get an error: CTX error, the DN does not exist or a PCB without "dkt/slp setting allowed" is designated for a PCB connecting the selected ISDN ext.
