Ok background is, I was trying to fix a unrelated problem and started messing with the PCOUA2 and the PDKU2 on the EKSU and the power was still plugged in on it and then lines 5-8 stopped working and stations 12-19 stopped working. so i figured if i purchased a new PCOUA2, PDKU2, and EKSU that it would solve things. and well it hasn't. so i was wondering if anyone has any clues as to what will solve this problem. my boss is pissed off at me and will be even more pissed when he finds out that the parts he bought hasn't fixed the problem.

oh and on a side note, when i call the co line #'s the leds on the PCOUA light up like they are ringing, but they don't ring at all. and when i try and access lines 5-8 on the stations that are working it doesn't do anything.

i tried using program 3 on to program the pbx to recognize the new boards using slot 4 with 61 but it wouldn't allow me to press 04. the only thing that will work is 00 and that shows 91 as the pcb card type.

if there is anymore information needed i will be more than willing to provide it and thanks in advance for any help =)

If you are talking about slot 04 in the expansion cabinet on a DK40, that is programmed as slot 15, 05 is 16, 06 is 17, and 08 is 18. Don't forget to cycle the power.

Sounds like you need a certified Toshiba technician. I'm sure there is a local dealer near you.

Good Luck...................
