Does anyone know who to set it up to use a SoftIPT from outside the network. We are using a CTX670 with an BIPU2MA. The book says you can do it. You should be able to make a connection from home over a DSL or cable connection. I can't get it to work. We used an outside IP as well, but it just keeps searching for the BIPU. Anyway help would be appreciated.

What kind of router do you have at home? I have a linksys and it worked without changing any default settings.
Just make sure you have the correct IP address of the BIPU in the set-up screen.
Also make sure your CTX has proper licenses installed for the SoftIPT.
Other than that, mine works good!
