I have a Toshiba Strata SK280 system. We need to change the current main voicemail message for over Christmas but we can't seem to figure out how to do it. Please can you help?

if you provide the model of the voicemail you are using
i am sure you will get a response
there are at least 15-30 mails that were
used with the dk280

Just recotd greeting #7 in 990. Make that the holiday greeting and activate it when you close on Friday and then activate greeting 1 on Monday. That way you don't have to re-record all the instructions in 991.

Just a thought.............

We think our administration box is 999, we can get into this as we have a password but when it says press 1 to change greeting it says that 1 is an invalid entry. Any ideas how to get round this?

999 is the admin mailbox, but 990 is the main mailbox that goes off-hook and plays the initial greeting.

E-mail me and we'll talk about passwords.

We have tried to put in user ID 990 but we do not have a password for this box. Our password which we put in for 999 (which is the only one we have in our possession) is invalid for box 990.
