I appreciate your not giving up on me!
Isn't there anyway to program a button on the phone to light the LED and then relay that light back to the operator's DSS? It doesn't need to be associated with any sort of programming at all, just any light will work.
When the phone is busy, the park works fine, but of course direct callers get a busy message.
