Dear All:
I have this extension (say ext228) which has a corresponding DID (say 703-123-3428). Problem is: the DID got decoupled somehow so that when someone calls in using it, line goes to the ext200 (main phone) voicemail instead of ext228's voicemail. I have tried punching in #6041 (busy no answer) from the DID button but it doesn't allow me. Appreciate your help on configuring this DID back to work from station 0. System is CTX100, voicemail is Stratagy DK (awaiting Stratagy iES).
Thanks!!

If you have access to WinAdmin, check two places.......
In DID programming, make sure there is no VMID Code programmed for that DID.
Then check in the basic tab for station 228 make sure the VMID Code is set to "228"
Try all that first, then e-mail me if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Unfortunately, we don't have WinAdmin. Long story short, the vendor who sold us our CTX100 system disappeared without completing the task and installing the Statagy iES voicemail system we paid for (yeah, they were paid in advance...) BTW, is this application bundled with the system? Can we order it separately? <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by Voyager: If you have access to WinAdmin, check two places.......

Easy... Many techs have called me with this problem. Go to program 71-4. Remove whatever is there for that DNIS address. You may think you need it but you usually do not. Problem solved. Send me a check ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) ------------------ Phone Genius https://www.phonesbyasap.com

Thank you all for the prompt responses! I have not yet fixed the problem since we do not have the Toshiba CTX winadmin software/manual. Any suggestions where I can buy it is welcome. BTW, do I need to be certified system installer/servicer to buy such software/manual? Once again, thanks. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by SSPhone: I had to pass on this one Voyager is the CTX guru.
