Is it possible to use a serial port or an analog station port from the 424i to integrate with a 3rd party Hotel/Motel Property Management system. The primary purpose would be to change outgoing COS. And if so where could I find the related integration specs or programming options in the manual I am aware of Toshiba's proprietary Hotel management software but the site already has a system they wish to integrate that uses RS232 or analog in-band (DTMF signals)for control and room status change.

Only SMDR is currently set up for call accounting to the front desk.
