Hello,
We use a DK 424 phone system with some standard phones. One of the phone in our office says "SENT 224" (224 is an extension here in the office).
What does the SENT message mean? and how do I take it off. It seems to be affecting the phones direct line feature.
Thanks,
Chris B.

Press your intercom (or pdn button), dial #64224 and hang up.

Are you sure this is correct? I get a busy signal when I try what you recommended.
Thanks,
Chris B.

As long as you are doing the steps on the phone that is displaying that message and you are on the PDN when dialing the code. Also, extension 224 if it's a DKT must be plugged in and working.
