I am trying to figure out the right system for our needs. Anyone have thoughts on ToshibaCTX 28 vs NEC DS1000. We are a small ecommerce biz (www.cascademedia.net) with 6 employees. We need voicemail etc, but mostly want the most reliable system....

thanks in advance
Frank

I say toshiba 28 with the voice. The 28 has smdi intergation so it's faster than dtfm tones, information of saved and new messages along with other cool info is shown on LED screen and the best feature of Toshiba is once it's programed to your liking there is very little service problems if any.
