I have a client that uses their long distance carrier to provide account codes to control LD costs. However, they cannot block 411 calls that cost $.75 each.
What would be the best way to program the DK40 to restrict ALL stations from utilizing 411 dialing?

If the client is forced to use LCR, make sure 411 and 1411 is not an option in Prog. 50-31...35.

also use Program 48 to assing all stations toll classification 003. Then use prog. 46 to remove 1411 in 46-1-3 and 411 in 46-1-7.

That will cover all of the bases. I just did it on my DK40i
