I have upgaded to the latest software on both of my sites, as well as the latest software viersion on my BIPU-Q1 cards. Point-to-point T-1. Quality is poor at best. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas? The installers and I have tried everything, still not satisfied.

Never mind the slot thing I thought you had a BPTU. Do you have any ports blocked? Try pinging the BIPU cards and see how long the response times are. Have you tried changing the codec to G729a?

I'm currently using G.729a. I've tried G711, but that didn't work at all.

Is it a full T-1, Pt-to-Pt, Clear channel? I have a setup sheet somewhere for setting this up. I'll look for it tonight.
