Are you asking that a single mailbox have two notification setups? One for normal left messages and one (different) for urgent left messages? OR are you asking if a mailbox can be setup to ONLY notify on urgent left messages?

I have a few regional managers that only want to be notified when they receive an urgent message. I will only set them up with one mode of notification unless there is a specific reason for multiple notifications. How complicated is it to have two (2) different notifications that call a cell phone. Thanks in advance for your cooperation

We have our notify set to send msg light then on 1 min delay send to cell phone. If the caller marks the call as urgent Stratagy moves this message to the front of the line to be listened to first.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
