I have a couple of problems with the telephones right now...we are using a DK16

One of our 10 button phones will not allow the user to pick the handset up...she can only use the the speaker phone.

I cannot make the phones ring everywhere else when the receptionist is away from her desk.

I also need to program the receptionist phone to show when the other extensions are on there line.

PLEASE HELP!!!

The phone that will only allow speakerphone operation has a bad hookswitch, the hookswitch needs to be replaced. You can send it to me.
As far as the programming issues go, I would recommend getting support over the telephone form one of the moderators on this board. Voyager and SSPhone both know their stuff and will be able to walk you through it easily. Doing it over the phone will save you a lot of money over having a tech come out. Toshibas are not easy to program unless you are used to doing it.
Last, it will be easier to do the programming if you have a display set (DKT2020SD). Do you have one?

Yup, I have a display phone...I can switch her phone out for another one...that it no problem. I think the phone at the reception desk may have a problem with buttons b/c none of the buttons on the right side work....also she can't hear the other lines ring while she is on one of the lines...how do you think i fix that one.
