Is it possible? Have a Perception eX system with Strategy 64 and cannot find information about logging outgoing calls from a specific extension. email is [email protected]. Any information is greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty new to this as well, as I've inherited my DK 16e system. We have a phone line hooked to a serial port on our 2k server with hypertrm running and just grabbing data and loggin it to a text file. I don't know from where the phone line comes, as I've never needed to know. Mine logs every incoming and outgoing call.

both systems have options for smdr ports.
perception pbx might come standerd.
