We have a CTX100 system and I am wondering if this is possible. This is to transfer a call to a sales rep's corporate voicemail.
What I want to do is this: Program so that reception can be on a call, press transfer, then press a one touch key that will dial an 877# then pause then dial an extension. (example 918773114860,,3050) Is a combination like this possible? She has a DKT3020 phone w/ 20 key DSS.

#1 - make sure her class of service allows for trunk to trunk transfer.

This next step can only be done thru WinAdmin (not the phone)

#2 - Program the one touch button as 918773114860Px3050

Can be accomplished on R1.01 M21 and higher only
1. Pause can be assigned only from WinAdmin.
DKT programming cannot do it.
2. Usage to set pause is as follows. (Same as Speed Dial assignment)
Px - x=0-9 (seconds; the duration of the pause)
For example, P0 is 10 sec pause, P1 is 1 sec pause, P2 is 2 sec pause, etc.
