Try calling extension 10 from another extension with a display phone and see if it rings. If not, what does the display read?

It rings when you call her. But if she is on the line (CO Line) and another call comes in it has a silent ring, she can't hear it. At one time she was able to hear it ring, now she only knows it's ringing if she sees the light blinking.

Program 31 Led 11 (BOV Tone)
Or possible she has it turned down, adjust while on a call with another one ringing.
Or maybe she has it turned on for hearing it in the earpiece of the handset and now doesn't?
Just throwing out some thoughts.

Try each of following one at a time and test it:
1. Press Redial and Volume Up key at the same time. This enables the call waiting tone to sent through the earpiece.
2. Press your DN (intercom) button and dial #6101 then hold down Volume Up key to raise the volume for the muted tone burst.
3. Press your DN button and dial #6102 then hold down the Volume Up key to raise the volume for ringing.

Is the station call foward busy or busy no answer, if so and her phone is the only one that rings in program 81 the call would forward instead of ring the phone, cancel all call forwarding. Just grabbing at straws, seems like every other option has been tried.
