A customer has just merged two of his operations into one office environment and now requires his one CTX 100 to handle the two companies telephone calls. He has 4 ccts ISDN2e and has made a couple of requests.
The 1st of the two DDI's that are coming in (1 for each of the main numbers) are to go to 4 destinations:
1 - Reception 2 - after 5 secs ring 2 exts 214 and 206 3 - after 8 secs ring 2 exts 215 and 209 4 - after 10 secs ring All office exts
It is the same kind of setup for the 2nd DDI aswell but with different ext no's. Now I know that we can only have 3 destinations with an MCG but is there any other way around this i have been trying to use PhDNs but i'm having trouble with the delay kicking in when the PhDN is in the MCG. Does anyone have any suggestions as to getting round this simple request.

Immediate ring to Phdn Delay Ring 1 to after 5 secs ring 2 exts 214 and 206 Delay Ring 2 to after 8 secs ring 2 exts 215 and 209 Call Forward No Answer Phdn to 2nd Phdn at 10 sec, assigned to all office exts. Draw back is all delay ring 1 and 2 settings would have to be 5 and 8 secs since this is a system setting
