Greetings, My office had a Strata DK 280 installed and had 8 rollover lines. We recently moved and took the system and phones with us.
I get the pleasure of installing it in our new office, but only have four rollover phone lines. Taking an incoming call works great, but when trying to place a call, the phone is opening line 8, not line 4.
The programming manual is not very newbie friendly so I don't know what all the abbreviations mean.
I've never prgrammed anything on this machine... with that in mind... can anybody throw me a bone?
Thanks in advance!

Go to program 39 check out the key strip assignments if you are using line groups you should see 601 or 60_ something where you access outside lines. Then go to program 16 and remove co lines 5-8 in that group (example 601 will be group 01) also remove the co lines in group 00

petersog -- I think you meant 301, not 601. In program 39, the pooled line keys are programmed as 301,302,303, etc. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net
