Is there anyway on a CTX100/670 with the WinAdmin program to erase an individual's voicemail box? We had an employee leave and I need to reset just that specific voicemail box and I do not have the security code that was used to set it up. I would have thought that the Admin could override it somehow but haven't seen anything that allows me to do that. Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

Get into the admin mailbox 999, you can reset it from there.
