Quote/ Used #402 and showed on both ports: Physical 00 & Logical 00. Checked program 4 for the ports 049 and 050 and was correct three digts (249 & 250), but re-entered anyway. Still showing Sta 20 on both. Quote/ Can you dial any two digit numbers, ..21,22,23...etc? Sounds like your on two different systems. Logical and physical ports are not changeable from two to three, they are set in processor programming. Aree you able to connect via laptop and use DK Admin? Might want to do backup and re-intialize the processor. Sure sounds like two different systems.

I have never seen a dk280 with 2 digit ports. Have you traced the cable back to the pdku card

The other six ports on the card work fine. Just the 2nd and 3rd ports display Ext 20

Have you ran a software test on the processor. Have you tried a different amp cable. These are only suggestions. If all else fails call a moderator.

I installed an additonal PDKU2 to give the customer an addtional 8 Ports. Thanks for your all suggestions. I would have rather found the problem.

PROBLEM SOLVED! I pulled apart the 110 block from the switch and found the White/Green and the White/Slate leads were crossed. Corrected and both ports work fine now. Thanks for all your suggestions.
