I just had this CTX28 installed, and boy, was that day chaotic! In any case, he showed me how to do speeddial programming on the new system, but damn if I remember.
Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks

There is a couple of ways.
First Dial #66 Then the location 100(personal) 200(system). Then 9 and the number, and you should be done.
Second way:
Dial #9876 Then hit the speed dial button then dial the location (100)(200) then dial 9 the number and hit speed dial again to store, if you want to type in the name of the speed dial, hit spkr instead of the speed dial, and type in the name using the number pad (use volume down to backup) when done press speed dial.
To get out of programming mode. Lift and replace the handset.
The only time typing in the name is usefull is when you have a 3014 phone.
Good luck hope this helps.
