Yes I can turn the individual mics off in prog
31 or they can add a 1 dial sequence to ring set.

What about using cordless noise cancelling headsets?
GN Netcom would send them a 9120 noise cancelling headset for testing without obligation.
I can't think of a better solution than that or possibly getting some Roanwell confidencers on a "G" style handset and putting a release button on the phone as the handset won't fit in the cradle.
For free, you can get a 9120 NC from GN netcom to test and I would tell this guy that his solution costs money but here is something to test before he forks out the money.
